The technological explosion of the last fifty years affected all domains of our daily life. Education makes no exception to the rule; it has not remained inflexible towards the profound changes taking place in other areas of knowledge. The impact of those changes on the educational areas is increasing and broadening. The first question that might be stand when considering whether to introduce computers into the writing classroom: do computers improve the writing of students? The answer, surprisingly, is that we are not sure, but it is worth trying.

The markets are economic entities with a common advantage in the field of professional specialization accompanied by a clear geographic concentration in the city of Algeria during the Ottoman period. Each trade has a specific street. Each profession's name shows three facts, including the concentration of artisans and merchants into one product, then the trade union that brings them together, and the place that bears their name, which has become independent of the technical meaning. Perhaps the markets of Ottoman Algeria and its professional and professional organizations are the ones that reveal the accuracy of attention to the commercial movement of the civilian, and its economic communities in general and industrial in particular.

With the increase in international trade, the global economy and the globalization of English usage, more and more students are seeking to study in order to gain intercultural understanding, to achieve individual academic goals. One of the most common reasons for students wanting to study is to improve their English competence and to improve their communicative ability with other people. One effect of the globalization of the English language is a significant increase in the number of intercultural interactions. More people than ever before are involved in interactions with foreigners and communities are becoming increasingly multilingual and multicultural to mix with people from their own community rather than interact or communicate with students from other cultural backgrounds.

The city of Tlemcen, one of the main cities of Beyelik, the west of Algeria, was in the 7th / AD 13th century, the capital of the province, as the seat of the government of the state of Bani Abd el-Wadi. At the beginning of the modern era and with the penetration of the Spaniards in the Algerian west by the occupation of the Grand Marina in 1505 and Tehran in 1509, Tlemcen lost its importance. Tlemcen increased its dependence under the protection of Spain in 1512 with the acquiescence of its kings Beni Xian, who refused to pay the annual tribute to the Spaniards based in Oran. There is a schism between the Zayani ruler and the Tlemceni community, which allowed the Arjous to intervene in Tlemcen and to work to control it on the pretext of meeting the rescue of the Tlemcenis Muslims from the tyranny of the Zayani and their Spanish masters and thus break the castle of the Muslim strongholds from the grip of the occupation Spanich.

The journey in the quest for knowledge was an essential element in Islamic education. It is a response to the prophetic desire to seek knowledge and to increase knowledge and knowledge of one another. The concealment of man on himself is absent from what is emerging in the world of science and jurisprudence. Maghreb have perfected the right of this tradition, and have increased the burden of travel to the countries of the Islamic world for the same purpose, and hardly count the number of them, In this regard, al-Maqri, an expert and expert on the date, said in his book Nafh al-Tayeb: "It is not possible to limit the people of the journey. Abdul Rahman ibn Khaldun analyzed the importance and benefits of the scientific journey and its role in building the cultural personality of the individual. He noted that it is a scientific and necessary method of learning in saying: "The journey in the quest for science and the meeting of the preacher Kamal l in education, because people take their knowledge and ethics And that the inheritance of the doctrines and virtues sometimes teach and teach and throw, and sometimes simulated and received directly, but the acquisition of queens for direct and indoctrination is more binding and stronger firmly, as much as the Senate is the acquisition of queens and rooting It also insisted that the journey to seek knowledge to gain benefits and perfection Meet the sheikhs and mb Men's Watch "
