BASE Lab (Further Developments)

BASE represents a strategic project of Bielefeld University Library and will continuously be developed. Main aspects are:

  • Employment of computational linguistic methods for automated classification of OAI meta data within the framework of the DFG funded project "Automatic enhancement of OAI metadata by means of computational linguistics methodology and development of services for a content-based integration of repositories".   • Establishment of a service for the provision of aggregated and normalised OAI meta data
